Procedures

  • Our Sales Support Department is available to take orders
    by phone, fax or electronically

    • Monday - Friday between 7:30 am- 5 pm.
      for next day delivery in most areas

  • When placing orders, please have your customer
    account number available.

  • Help us achieve 100% accuracy for filling orders by
    providing Ginsberg's item numbers and/or item descriptions.

  • The minimum order size for delivery is $450 per location.
    Orders below this minimum may be subjected to a
    delivery charge.

  • All orders must be checked upon delivery and your invoice
    must be signed unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Smaller orders can be picked up at our retail Market

    • Monday - Friday between 9 am 5:30 pm

    • Saturday between 9 am - 3 pm

Credits

All returns are subject to inspection and approval. In order to honor requests for credits, please call your sales rep or inside sales.


  • Please have the invoice number and reason
    for return when calling.

  • All product must be in original packaging.

  • When product is returned, it must be noted
    on invoice.

  • Returns of special order items are subject
    to a 25% restocking fee.
